Is it safe to pawn with you?

As we do not have a physical shopfront, people will inevitably be skeptical about our services. Some of their concerns are whether their devices are safe with us, or if they would even be able to redeem their devices back at all. Some people would still prefer to pawn at a physical shop because they feel safer as physical shops will not just disappear.

These are legitimate concerns and we understand that. Saying that you should trust us does not really make you trust us. Therefore, we would like to share snippets of conversations with customers who have used our services and hopefully give you, our potential customer, a little bit more confidence in using our services.
